1. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products sold by Peptify are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research and professional analytical purposes.

  • Strict Prohibition: These products are not medicines, food, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

  • Buyer Responsibility: By purchasing, the buyer warrants that they are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a recognized research institution and possess the necessary equipment and knowledge to handle these compounds safely.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability

The buyer acknowledges that these compounds are experimental in nature.

  • Peptify shall not be held liable for any damages—direct, indirect, or consequential—resulting from the improper handling, storage, or use of these products.

  • Any evidence of intent to use these products for human consumption will result in the immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from our platform.

3. Product Accuracy & Purity

We provide high-purity (>99%) lyophilized peptides verified via HPLC and Mass Spectrometry.

  • While we guarantee the chemical identity and purity of the compound as stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA), we do not provide instructions for use in any biological system.

  • Any technical data provided is for informational research purposes only.

4. Shipping & Reconstitution

  • Logistics: We utilize Aramex Store-to-Door and PAXI Store-to-Store for delivery. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the package is handed to the courier.

  • Handling: Our kits require reconstitution with bacteriostatic or sterilized water. Failure to use proper aseptic techniques or appropriate diluents is the sole responsibility of the researcher.

5. Compliance with Laws

The buyer is responsible for complying with all local, provincial, and national regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of synthetic peptides within their jurisdiction.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, particularly if we suspect a violation of our "Research Use Only" policy. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
