Due to the highly sensitive nature of lyophilized peptides and the strict laboratory storage requirements necessary to maintain their structural integrity, Peptify enforces a rigorous return and refund policy.
1. No-Return Policy
To ensure the safety and purity of our products for all researchers, we do not accept returns of any peptides once they have left our facility. Because we cannot verify the storage conditions (temperature, light exposure, etc.) of a product once it has been delivered, we cannot restock or resell any item. This policy is in place to guarantee that every customer receives a 100% untampered, high-purity product.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements are granted strictly at the discretion of management and are only considered in the following cases:

Manufacturer Defect: Evidence of a compromised seal or vacuum failure upon arrival.

Incorrect Item: If the compound received does not match the laboratory order.

Shipping Damage: Visible damage to the glass vial that renders the product unusable.
3. Reporting a Claim
To report a defective item, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Required Documentation: You must provide clear, high-resolution photographs of the unopened vial, the packaging, and the batch number.

Review Process: Our lab team will review the claim. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method, or a replacement will be dispatched via Aramex Express.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the "Dispatched" stage. Once a tracking number has been generated, the sale is final.
