📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Peptify, we prioritize the secure and timely delivery of your research compounds. All orders are processed with the highest level of discretion and care to ensure product integrity upon arrival.

1. Processing Times

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and paid for before 2 PM (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

  • Public Holidays: No dispatches occur on official South African public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two primary shipping tiers via our logistics partners:

3. Free Shipping Upsell

Orders totaling R1500.00 or more qualify for FREE Aramex Store-to-Door Delivery. This discount is automatically applied at checkout once the threshold is met.

4. Product Stability & Packaging

  • Lyophilized State: Our peptides are shipped in a "freeze-dried" (lyophilized) state. In this form, the molecules are highly stable and do not require cold-chain (refrigerated) transport for standard transit durations.

  • Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded high-security mailers. The exterior packaging contains no mention of "peptides," "chemicals," or "research" to ensure laboratory privacy.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated notification:

  • Aramex: A tracking number will be sent via email/SMS for real-time door-to-door monitoring.

  • PAXI: You will receive a PAXI registration number, followed by a collection SMS once the parcel arrives at your selected store.

6. Shipping Limitations

  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

  • Unclaimed Parcels: If a PAXI parcel is not collected within the courier's holding period and is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we are not responsible for courier delays or errors, we will assist in locating lost parcels. If a vial arrives physically broken, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

All shipments are logged and recorded for quality control. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms and acknowledge that the risk of loss transfers to the researcher upon handover to the courier.
